SLIDING PLATES PTFE POM PERFORATED BRONZE

Sliding plates made of PTFE, POM, and perforated bronze provide a durable and maintenance-free solution for friction nodes operating in demanding conditions. They are designed for operation over a wide temperature range and are used wherever traditional lubrication is impossible or inadvisable. The PTFE material provides a very low coefficient of friction and excellent sliding properties, POM is characterized by high mechanical strength and good dimensional stability, while the perforated bronze plates combine load resistance with the ability to retain lubricant. The dynamic friction coefficient is very close to the static friction coefficient, resulting in smooth operation and reduced vibration and jerking.
