§2 What data do we collect
In connection with the use of the Store, we may process the following data:
identification and contact data (first name, last name, company name, NIP, address, email address, phone number),
order data (purchase history, delivery address),
automatically collected technical data (IP address, browser data, cookies).

courier companies and parcel locker operators delivering the goods,
online payment operators,
providers of hosting services and store software (WAPRO B2C – Asseco Business Solutions S.A.),
accounting office,
government authorities, when required by applicable law.

§5 Data retention period
Personal data is retained for the period:
necessary to fulfill the contract and the statute of limitations for claims arising from it,
required by tax and accounting regulations (accounting documents),
until consent is withdrawn – in the case of data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., newsletter).

§6 Rights of the data subject
Every person whose data is processed has the right to:
access their personal data,
rectify (correct) data,
delete data ("right to be forgotten"),
restrict processing,
transfer data,
object to the processing of data based on legitimate interest,
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

§7 Voluntariness of data provision
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to place and fulfill an order in the Store and to use some of its functionalities (e.g., Customer Account).

§8 Cookies
The Store uses cookies to: ensure the proper functioning of the Store, remember the contents of the cart, tailor content to customer preferences, and for statistical and analytical purposes.
Customers can change cookie settings in their web browser at any time, including blocking their storage – this may affect some functionalities of the Store.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the document is always available in the Store.
