§1 General provisions
The online store operating at the address bimex.info (hereinafter: "Store") is run by:
Grzegorz Blinkiewicz, conducting business under the name BIMEX Grzegorz Blinkiewicz, ul. Jana Keplera 10, 80-299 Gdańsk, NIP: 583-131-66-88
(hereinafter: "Seller").

This Regulations defines the rules for using the Store, including the rules for concluding and executing sales contracts for goods concluded at a distance via the Store, as well as the rules for complaint procedures.
The Store sells both to consumers and entrepreneurs.
§2 Definitions
Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur under consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when it follows from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for that person.
Goods – products offered for sale in the Store.
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded at a distance between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
Account – a collection of data assigned to the Customer, enabling the use of additional functions of the Store.
§3 Technical requirements
To use the Store, it is necessary to have: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, enabled cookies, and an active email account.
§4 Placing and executing orders
Orders can be placed via the form available in the Store, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Placing an order requires providing data necessary for its execution (contact details, delivery address, and in the case of business Customers – data for VAT invoice).
After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of its acceptance at the provided email address. The Sales Agreement is considered concluded upon the Customer receiving such confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer to verify the order, especially for larger quantities of goods or individual pricing/discount arrangements for regular customers.
The standard order fulfillment time (compilation and shipment of goods) is up to 24 working hours. Orders placed and paid for by 14:00 on working days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on non-working days, or requiring additional verification are fulfilled no later than the next working day. The fulfillment time may be extended in the case of goods not available immediately, of which the Customer will be informed individually. The current fulfillment time is additionally provided on the product card or during the order confirmation and may vary depending on the availability of goods.
§5 Prices and payment methods
The prices of goods listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT), expressed in Polish zlotys, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The cost of delivery is added to the price of the goods, according to the method of shipment chosen by the Customer, indicated before placing the order.
The Store provides the following payment methods:
traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account,
online payment (quick transfer/BLIK/card via the payment operator),
payment by credit card,
payment on delivery (upon receipt of the shipment),
payment in cash or by card upon personal collection.
In the case of choosing prepayment, the order is fulfilled after the payment is credited.
§6 Delivery
The Store delivers goods via:
courier company,
parcel lockers (InPost),
personal collection at the Seller's premises: ul. Jana Keplera 10, 80-299 Gdańsk.
The cost and estimated delivery time are presented to the Customer before placing the order and in the order summary.
The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from reasons attributable to the carrier.
§7 Right of withdrawal from the contract
The Consumer and Entrepreneur under consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the Customer took possession of the goods (or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer took possession of the goods).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to biuro@bimex.info).
In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest offered by the Store), without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the statement of withdrawal.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of their return is provided.
The returned goods should be sent (or delivered in person) to the Seller's address: BIMEX Grzegorz Blinkiewicz, ul. Jana Keplera 10, 80-299 Gdańsk, with the note "Return".
The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product made according to the Customer's specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs – this particularly applies to the service of custom bushing/half-bushing manufacturing on individual order and goods made to measure according to the Customer's specifications.
The above rights (§7) do not apply to Customers who are entrepreneurs making purchases within the framework of their professional business activity.
§8 Complaints (warranty)
The Seller is liable to the Customer for the compliance of the goods with the contract on the principles set out in the provisions of law (in particular in the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code).
A complaint can be submitted in writing to the Seller's registered office or by email to biuro@bimex.info, describing the defect in the goods and the Customer's request.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Seller's liability under warranty is limited in accordance with art. 558 §1 of the Civil Code.
§9 Out-of-court complaint resolution
The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court complaint resolution methods, including through the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as well as to seek assistance from the relevant Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection or a permanent consumer arbitration court.
§10 Personal data
The principles of processing Customers' personal data are defined in a separate document – Privacy Policy, available in the Store.
§11 Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. Orders placed before the changes come into effect are fulfilled under the previous rules.
The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication in the Store.
