BS/EU type pads made of PTFE are composite sliding rings designed to operate under high load conditions with limited or completely eliminated lubrication. Their construction is based on a steel load-bearing substrate, a layer of porous bronze, and a sliding layer made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which provides a very low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance.

Thanks to the use of PTFE, BS/EU pads can operate dry, maintaining smooth movement and stable operating parameters even under variable loads. They are characterized by good resistance to vibrations, corrosion, and the action of many chemical factors. They are used in industrial machines, agricultural devices, hydraulic actuators, automotive components, and anywhere durability, maintenance-free operation, and reliable sliding properties are required.
