BS BUSHINGS: Sliding bearings made of steel strip with a layer of porous bronze with pressed PTFE composite – a material that does not require lubrication, used wherever dry sliding friction occurs. BRM BUSHINGS: BRM type sliding bearings, i.e., bronze bushings made of bronze strip (Cu 91.3%, Sn 8.5%) with diamond-shaped lubrication pockets. Sliding bushings with or without flanges, designed for operation in harsh conditions, have high wear resistance and can carry high loads. Operating range -100°C to +200°C. Bearings require lubrication and can operate in rotary, oscillating, or translational motion. DX BUSHINGS: Sliding bushings made of steel strip coated with a bronze layer with POM composite (polyacetal resin) with spherical lubrication pockets. Bushings have high wear resistance and can operate in the range of -40°C to +110°C. They are most often used in industry, automotive, and agricultural machinery. EB65 BUSHINGS: Sliding bearings made of bronze alloy with graphite addition, carry large loads, are maintenance-free, corrosion-resistant, and can operate in contact with water. Used in mining, wind turbines, cranes, injection molding machines, and the automotive industry. HSB BUSHINGS: HSB type sliding bushings, i.e., hardened bushings at 840°C made of high-quality carbon structural steel, compliant with Japanese standard S45C, American 1045, and German C45. They have lubrication grooves inside and outside. The GB/T699-1999 standard provides that the tensile strength of steel 45 is 600 MPa and the yield strength is 355 MPa. Hardness at the level: HRC 60. Bearings have higher strength and resistance to deformation than ordinary steel. Sinterbronze: Sintered bronze bushings are sliding bearing elements produced by powder metallurgy as a sinter of powdered bronze impregnated with oil. Due to the porous structure of the material, oil is stored inside the bushing and gradually released during operation, providing a self-lubricating effect and allowing their use in mechanisms where lubrication is difficult or limited. These bushings are designed for operation in harsh conditions, characterized by high wear resistance, dimensional stability, and the ability to carry very high loads. They are used, among others, in rotating small electrical devices, in automotive in generators, alternators, and other components requiring durable and reliable sliding bearings.
